At Bakfiets Goodies, we do our best to provide high-quality and practical accessories for daily use. Below you can read what to expect from our service and which conditions apply.

1. Applicability of our service

These terms of service apply to all products and services of Bakfiets Goodies, including (but not exclusively) cargo bike accessories and 3D-printed products.

Our service is intended for normal and careful use of the products.


2. Customer service & accessibility

Do you have a question, problem, or comment about your order or product?
You can contact us via the contact details on our website.

  • We aim to respond within 2 working days.
  • For quick processing, we kindly ask you to always include your order number.

3. Warranty & service

We stand behind our products. If a product is defective due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will work together to find a suitable solution, such as:

  • repair,
  • replacement,
  • or (in some cases) refund.

The warranty does not apply to:

  • wear and tear from normal use;
  • damage due to incorrect or improper use;
  • incorrect or careless assembly;
  • alterations or modifications to the product;
  • damage caused by external factors (such as falling, weather influences, or overloading).

4. Specific for 3D-printed products

Our 3D-printed products are designed and produced with care. Please note that:

  • slight visible print layers or small variations are inherent to the 3D printing process;
  • 3D-printed products are intended for the use for which they were designed;
  • overloading or use outside the intended purpose is not covered by the service or warranty.

We advise you to always use our products according to the instructions provided.


5. Assembly and use

The assembly and use of the products are at your own responsibility.

Bakfiets Goodies is not liable for:

  • damage or injury as a result of incorrect assembly;
  • damage to the cargo bike or other property due to incorrect use.

If in doubt about assembly or suitability, we advise you to contact us before use.


6. Limitations of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the purchase of the relevant product, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.

Indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage from use is not eligible for compensation.


7. Force majeure

In case of force majeure (such as delays at suppliers, production problems, transport problems, or weather conditions), Bakfiets Goodies cannot be held liable for non-performance or delayed performance of obligations.
