Returning your order

Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? That can happen. You can return your order under the conditions below.

Return period

• You have a 14-day cooling-off period to return your purchase.
• The cooling-off period starts on the day after you receive your order.

Conditions for return

• The product is unused, undamaged, and complete.
• Returns are preferably sent in the original packaging.
• The costs for returning the product are for your own account.

This way, we can offer the product in good condition to another customer.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered

Have you received a product that is:

• damaged or broken,
• missing parts,
• or does not match what you ordered?

Please contact us immediately after receipt. We will resolve this for you as soon as possible.

How to return a product?

As soon as we have received your return shipment at our distribution center, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Refund

After receiving and checking your return:

• we will refund the purchase amount
• within 10 business days via the original payment method.
