Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose the product you wish to order and click on 'Add to cart'.
Then go to the shopping cart at the top right of the screen and follow the steps to complete your order.
Are all products in stock?
Availability varies by product. Is an item temporarily out of stock?
Then leave your email address with the product. As soon as it is available again, you will automatically receive a notification.
Can I add something to my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not yet been processed.
For this, please send an email as soon as possible to info@bakfietsgoodies.nl
Please note: this is only possible until you receive the shipping confirmation with Track & Trace.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet been processed.
Please contact us directly by email for this. After dispatch, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Can I order without an account?
Yes, you can also order without an account.
Creating an account is convenient because you won't have to re-enter all your details for a future order.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is possible.
Please note that delivery times will be longer and shipping costs higher than within the Netherlands.
Is a discount code available?
We share active discount codes via our newsletter and social media. So keep an eye on them.
Can I pick up my order?
Local pickup is possible.
Indicate this under 'Remarks' when placing your order, and we will contact you.
Shipping & delivery
How will my order be shipped?
We ship our orders via PostNL.
After shipment, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace link which you can use to follow your package.
What are the shipping costs?
- Orders over €50 are shipped free of charge
- For orders under €50, shipping costs are €4.95
When will I receive my order?
We aim to ship orders placed on weekdays within 48 hours.
After placing your order, you will receive:
- an order confirmation with an estimated delivery time;
- a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace once your package has been sent.
Please note: delivery times may vary per product.

What payment methods are available?
At Bakfiets Goodies, you can safely pay with:

Will I receive a payment confirmation?
Yes. After completing your payment, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.
Returns
What are the return conditions?
- You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
- Return costs are at your own expense.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and complete.
- Returns preferably in the original packaging.
The return period starts the day after receipt of your order.
Damaged or incorrectly delivered?
Is a product damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly delivered?
Please contact us immediately after receipt, and we will resolve it as soon as possible.
How do I return a product?

Once your return is received, you will receive a confirmation by email.
When will I get my money back?
After receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase amount
within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Warranty
All Bakfiets Goodies products are subject to the statutory warranty.
This means that a product must meet what you can reasonably expect from it as a consumer.
